Citizenship Ceremonies, Archbishop’s Palace, 23rd and 26th October 2017
Citizenship ceremonies will be taking place at Archbishop’s Palace, Maidstone on 23rd and 26th October 2017 at 17.30 and the Lord-Lieutenant will be represented as follows: 23rd – Air Marshal Christopher M Nickols CB CBE DL; 26th – Mr Trevor Sturgess DL.
Citizenship ceremonies are for adults whose application to become a British citizen has been accepted and it is a legal requirement that the applicant takes a citizenship pledge and an oath of allegiance at a citizenship ceremony, within 90 days of the applicant receiving their invitation.
