Citizenship Ceremonies, Archbishop’s Palace, 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th February 2019
Citizenship ceremonies will be taking place at Archbishop’s Palace, Maidstone on 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th February 2019 at 17.30 and the Lord-Lieutenant will be represented as follows: 11th – Brigadier (Retd) John Meardon DL; 14th – Mr Trevor Sturgess DL; 18th – Mrs Rosemary Dymond DL; 21st – Dr Bhargawa Vasudaven DL; 25th – Mr Bill Cockcroft DL; 28th – Mr Jacques Arnold DL.
Citizenship ceremonies are for adults whose application to become a British citizen has been accepted and it is a legal requirement that the applicant takes a citizenship pledge and an oath of allegiance at a citizenship ceremony, within 90 days of the applicant receiving their invitation.
